Receive a $0.71 discount per trip ($0.29 versus $1.00 Standard E-ZPass NY Rate) on the Grand Island Bridges when using your properly mounted E-ZPass NY Tag on a valid E-ZPass NY account in good standing. If fewer than 20 trips are taken per month, you will be charged $0.29 for each trip not taken.

Receive a $0.58 discount per trip ($1.16 versus $1.74 Standard E-ZPass NY Rate) at the New Rochelle gantry when using your properly mounted E-ZPass NY Tag on a valid E-ZPass NY account in good standing. Please note that vehicles used for commercial purposes are not eligible for commuter plans. A minimum of 20 trips per month is required. If fewer than 20 trips are taken per month, you will be charged $1.16 for each trip not taken.

Receive a $0.67 discount per trip ($0.58 versus $1.25 Standard E-ZPass NY Rate) at the Yonkers gantry when using your properly mounted E-ZPass NY Tag on a valid E-ZPass NY account in good standing. Please note that vehicles used for commercial purposes are not eligible for commuter plans. A minimum of 35 trips per month is required. If fewer than 35 trips are taken per month, you will be charged $0.58 for each trip not taken.

Receive a $0.67 discount per trip ($0.58 versus $1.25 Standard E-ZPass NY Rate) at the Harriman gantry when using your properly mounted E-ZPass NY Tag on a valid E-ZPass NY account in good standing. Please note that vehicles used for commercial purposes are not eligible for commuter plans. A minimum of 35 trips per month is required. If fewer than 35 trips are taken per month, you will be charged $0.58 for each trip not taken. Discount does not apply when traveling north from Harriman onto the Thruway.

Receive a $0.25 discount per trip ($1.40 per trip versus the $1.65 Standard E-ZPass NY Rate) on the Rip Van Winkle, Kingston-Rhinecliff, Mid-Hudson, Newburgh-Beacon, and the Bear Mountain bridges when using your properly mounted E-ZPass NY Tag on a valid E-ZPass NY account in good standing. Please note that vehicles used for commercial purposes are not eligible for commuter plans. A minimum of 17 trips per month is required. If fewer than 17 trips are taken per month, you will be charged $1.40 for each trip not taken. This plan is assigned to a specific E-ZPass Tag.

The Port Authority NY/NJ Staten Island Bridges Plan (PASI) offers a 50% discount off the cash toll rate. The plan is available to vehicles with non-commercial plates and sufficiently funded private E-ZPass accounts at E-ZPass New York or New Jersey. Enrollment is required and your license plate should also be added to your E-ZPass account. The Plan toll rate is $8.40 per trip (plus $13.80 for each additional axle beyond two axles) at the Bayonne Bridge, Goethals Bridge, or Outerbridge Crossing, provided at least three Staten Island-bound trips are made in a single calendar month that are not otherwise discounted by the Green Pass Plan and when using a properly mounted E-ZPass Tag. If three trips are not taken, the customer pays the prevailing E-ZPass (peak or off-peak) rate. All E-ZPass Tags on the account apply to the three-trip minimum requirement. The PASI Mid-Tier rates for E-ZPass customers with unmounted Tags are $9.78 per trip if three or more trips are taken, and $19.55 if one or two trips are taken. Additional axles are charged at $17.75 each.

An annual fee covers the toll for the first 30 miles or less per trip on the Thruway system, except when you cross the Castleton-on-Hudson Bridge, where a $0.65 surcharge is applied.

Pay the following amount for each tag depending on which month you sign up: Jan. $88; Feb. $81; Mar. $74; Apr. $67; May $60; Jun. $53; Jul. $46; Aug. $39; Sept. $32; Oct. $24; Nov. $16; Dec. $8.

This plan is assigned to a specific E-ZPass NY Tag that must be properly mounted and on a valid E-ZPass NY account in good standing. Please note that vehicles used for commercial purposes are not eligible for the annual permit plan. The sale of this plan cannot be refunded after 60 days from plan. As the result of an MTAB&T Rebate Program, effective May 1, 2021, commercial vehicles making a minimum of 21 trips across the Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge in a calendar month using the same E-ZPass New York Commercial and Business account will receive rebates reducing their Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge E-ZPass tolls by 15% for eligible trucks and other commercial vehicles on the VNB when using their properly mounted E-ZPass NY Tag on a valid E-ZPass NY account in good standing. Please note, passenger vehicle trips are not eligible. No requirement to enroll for the Rebate Program; all New York Customer Service Center Commercial and Business accounts are automatically enrolled. Rebates will continue for eligible accounts as long as the rebate program remains in effect.

As the result of an MTA Rebate Program, residents who are eligible E-ZPass NY account holders are charged an effective toll rate of $2.75 (versus the $12.03 Tolls by Mail rate) at the Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge when using their properly mounted E-ZPass NY Tag on a valid E-ZPass NY account in good standing. In the event the available funding for the rebate is exceeded, the VNB Rebate Programs would cease, and Staten Island residents would be charged the applicable SIR E-ZPass toll ($4.19).

Vehicles must be registered to a valid resident address in Staten Island. Please note that vehicles used for commercial purposes are not eligible for residency plans. Residency status is subject to periodic review.

Residents are charged a discounted toll rate of $1.83 on the Marine Parkway and Cross Bay Bridges when using their properly mounted E-ZPass NY Tag on a valid E-ZPass NY account in good standing. The toll on the Cross Bay Bridge is rebated after each trip by the MTA. Vehicles must be registered to a valid resident address in Rockaway/Broad Channel in one of the following zip codes: 11691, 11692, 11693, 11694, 11695, and 11697. Receive a $0.91 discount per trip ($0.09 versus the $1.00 per trip Standard E-ZPass NY Rate) on the Grand Island Bridges when using your properly mounted E-ZPass NY Tag on a valid E-ZPass NY account in good standing. Please note that vehicles used for commercial purposes are not eligible for residency plans. Proof of Grand Island residency required. No minimum usage is required. Receive a $1.45 discount per trip ($5.80 versus $7.25 per trip Standard E-ZPass NY Rate) on the Gov. Mario M. Cuomo Bridge (passenger vehicles only). This plan is assigned to a specific E-ZPass NY Tag. Your E-ZPass NY account must have an eligible license plate registered in Rockland or Westchester County. As the result of an MTA Rebate Program, Bronx residents are rebated the E-ZPass NY toll rate of $3.42 for the Henry Hudson Bridge by the MTA after each trip when using their properly mounted E-ZPass NY Tag on a valid E-ZPass NY account in good standing. Vehicles must be registered to a valid resident address in Bronx County in one of the following zip codes: 10451, 10452, 10453, 10454, 10455, 10456, 10457,10458, 10459, 10460, 10461, 10462, 10463, 10464, 10465, 10466, 10467, 10468, 10469, 10470, 10471, 10472, 10473, 10474, 10475. As the result of an MTA Rebate Program, Queens residents are rebated the
E-ZPass NY toll rate of $2.80 for the Cross Bay Bridge by the MTA after each trip when using their properly mounted E-ZPass NY Tag on a valid E-ZPass NY account in good standing. The Port Authority Green Discount Plan (PA GREEN) is available to eligible Class 1 vehicles with private E-ZPass accounts at E-ZPass New York and is only eligible to Plug-In Electric and Plug-In Hybrid Electric Vehicles. Enrollment is required. The Port Authority Green Discount Plan toll rate is $16.79 per peak trip and $11.29 per off-peak trip (plus $13.30 for each additional axle beyond two axles) and when using a properly mounted E-ZPass Green Tag for vehicles on the NYSDERA Drive Clean Rebate Eligible Models webpage. Vehicles enrolled in the plan prior to February 1, 2022, will be grandfathered into the plan. For additional information, please refer to the Port Authority E-ZPass Plans and Discounts. The PA GREEN Mid-Tier rate for E-ZPass customers with unmounted Tags is $19.55 per trip. Additional axles are charged at $17.55 each.

Proof of motorcycle registration is required to receive a special E-ZPass NY motorcycle Tag. E-ZPass NY Motorcycle Tag(s) will receive a 50% discount off the standard
E-ZPass NY rate. Cannot be combined with commuter plans.

Receive a special 10% discount on all Thruway facilities for Plug-In Electric and Plug-In Hybrid Electric vehicles when using your properly mounted E-ZPass NY Green Tag. For additional information including a list of eligible vehicles, please refer to E-ZPass: Discount Plans - New York State Thruway (ny.gov). Cannot be combined with commuter plans.

Proof of motorhome registration is required to receive a special E-ZPass NY motor home Tag. E-ZPass NY Motorhome Tag(s) will receive the passenger vehicle rate based on the number of axles on the motorhome.
