If you have a CRZ discount or exemption plan on your E-ZPass account, annual recertification is required. Approximately 90 days before your plan expires, you will receive an email and/or mail notification.

Beware of SMS scams attempting to collect unpaid tolls by misusing the E-ZPass program name or using fraudulent names like "NY Toll Services". Tolls NY is the only authorized mobile app for managing your E-ZPass New York and/or Tolls by Mail account. To protect your personal information and ensure the security of your account, we strongly caution customers against using any app other than Tolls NY to pay New York tolls or access account details.

Take steps to protect your E-ZPass account:
Login to verify your E-ZPass Tag information.
While E-ZPass Tag(s) are not assigned to specific vehicles or license plates, customers are encouraged to periodically review the Tag usage for their account to ensure that there are no unauthorized tolls charged to a Tag . If you detect unauthorized use of the E-ZPass Tag(s) on your account, you must report the Tag(s) as lost or stolen to prevent further usage.
