On July 12, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. new toll rates and changes to bus vehicle classifications went into effect at all Port Authority of New York and New Jersey facilities. As a result, some vehicles may be charged a new toll rate. Please check that every bus in your fleet has the correct E-ZPass Tag to ensure that your vehicles are charged accurately and receive the lowest eligible E-ZPass rate. Protect Your E-ZPass Account. Beware of fraudulent SMS messages and unauthorized apps. E-ZPass New York never requests payment by text, and Tolls NY is the only official app for managing your account. For your security, please log in regularly to review the Tag usage and verify your account details. Customers should report any unauthorized tolls or lost/stolen Tags immediately.

The lives of roadway workers and emergency personnel depend on all drivers. Motorists should stay alert, slow down and safely move over when they see any vehicle stopped on the side of the road.
